• We have taken precautions in our showroom and installed some of our Social Distancing Products to ensure a safe environment for our employees and our customers.
• Masks are not required, but recommended at all showrooms and warehouse pick up facilities.

*Shipping and Warehouse Transfer Update*

Thank you for your continued business as we maneuver through these unprecedented times. Due to the restrictions put on many businesses during Covid-19, we need to confirm that you would like us to continue with shipping of any orders you have placed with us. We are still aiming to ship every order within 24 hours of receipt, and our preferred carrier, FedEx, is still fully operational.

Some warehouse transfers are experiencing an additional 1-2 weeks in heavily affected areas, but many are not. Please let your sales associate know if you have any deadlines so we can provide you with some options on how we can help! 

Freight companies are unable to deliver to businesses that have been closed by local and state governments. Unfortunately, freight companies charge for storage and for returning freight to the shipper. Due to the unpredictable closings of various retail and other businesses, Barr Display can only rely on our customers to advise whether they are actually able to receive freight shipments for their orders, as such, if any additional charges are incurred for inability to deliver, storage, or return freight, we must pass those charges on to our customers. Please be certain that you will be able to receive the shipment that you order to  prevent incurring these additional charges. 

If you would like your tracking number emailed to you, please email sales@barrdisplay.com and reference your order number. As soon as your order ships we will make sure to send you an email with tracking information so you can be prepared to receive your order.

*Showroom Update*

In response to various elected officials announcing shelter-in-place orders in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, Barr Display has decided for the safety and health of our customers and our employees to implement a no physical contact policy, and to close all three of our showroom locations: Tampa, FL and Ft Myers FL are closed immediately, Orlando FL showroom will close Friday 3/27. All showrooms will remain closed until 4/10. Please check back here for updates. 

Barr Display IS considered an ESSENTIAL business and all of our warehouses will remain operational. We will continue to provide the necessary products and supplies to keep your operation running smoothly and efficiently. 

Our team is standing by on the phones, live chats on our website, and emails-- and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have, process any orders for shipment or load your pick up orders into your vehicle.
