- Quick Turnaround: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
- Need it faster? Place your order by 12:00 PM EST and we will do our best to ship the same day.
- If working with a deadline, please contact us to review available shipping options.
- Your order may ship from multiple warehouses depending on availability.
- If an item is out of stock, available items will ship first and the remaining items will be backordered.

What should I do when my freight delivery arrives?
- Inspect all cartons at the time of delivery before signing.
- Count all packages and check for visible damage.
- Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt.
- Request the driver to sign acknowledging the noted damage.

Ground Shipments (FedEx or UPS)
What should I do if my package is damaged?
- Email photos of the damage along with your order number or customer ID.

- The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery window.

- Standard service is dock-to-dock delivery for commercial locations.
- Additional services such as liftgate or inside delivery must be selected in advance.
Do I need to be present?
- Yes, someone must be available to receive and sign for the shipment.
